Heyo! The name's Fallenblaze, or Fallen for short. I'm a female wannabe artist and animator! Pronouns are she/her. I love Pokemon Warrior Cats and Murder Drones, so most of my art will be about them and my OCs I have made in those fandoms! Scroll down for more! :3
My favorite colors are blue, purple, green and black! I enjoy making all forms of art, be it drawings, paintings or literature! I started drawing around the middle of 2023, starting simple with traditional art. I stepped up to digital art around October the same year! I've been using the same art program for as long as I can remember; IbisPaintX! My birthday is on the 27th of December, and I'm a minor!
Fanart will literally make my day, like knowing people willingly take time out of their day to make something for me is nice <33 If you do make me fanart, tag me @FallenblazeArts!! I'll 100% see it unless tags are not working that day! You can find almost all of my OCs and their refs on my ToyHouse!!
I'm 100% looking to do commissions in the future for both Robux and USD! TOS (Terms of Service)-> Violation of these rules/terms may result in a warning, block or blacklist, depending on how severe you've broken the rules. When you do, you'll be unable to commission me or participate in events that I host.
General:
1. DO NOT use my art in NFTs or use them to train AI

2. Crediting me means linking back to one of my social media platforms, preferably YouTube. (But you may link back to any of the social media platforms here: https://fb-home.carrd.co/#socials

3. Please, if you find anyone breaking these rules, whether it be inside deviantART, YouTube, ToyHouse, Insta, or on another platform, inform me in a DM.

4. DO NOT use any of my characters and/or designs in breeding charts/grids.

6. Do not use any of my works for political stuff/harmful messages towards a group of people or a single person.

7. No reuploading my works, even if you somehow get my permission, do NOT.

8. DO NOT repuload/repost my works without EXPLICIT permission from me. This includes including my art in compilations/edits/artmixes.

9. Don't bug me for free art/free designs.
Commissions:
1. As the artist, I have the rights to decline a commission request without an explanation if I'm uncomfortable with the request.

2. Please send the payment upfront. In some cases though you may send it after you've approved the sketch.

3. The payment and currently will vary. Currently though, I'm only taking commissions in DeviantART points and robux/GPs.

4. The artist (me) and client will stay in contact at all times. My preferrable communication app is Discord, though deviantART notes/chat/comments, YouTube comments, or Roblox chat will work as a fine alternative.

5. You may ask for WIPs (work-in-progresses) at any time.

6. Once the commissioned piece is completed, the client will receive an unwatermarked and unfiltered version of the artwork through either Discord or Ibb.co, with the watermarked and filtered version uploaded to my socials.

7. You may reupload a commission that I've made for you only if you credit me, this including on other social media platforms. (Read the second term on the "General" section to see what I refer to as "crediting")

8. DO NOT reupload a commission that you didn't request.

9. Refunds aren't allowed, but you'll be fully refunded if I can't finish the commission.

10. I usually finish comms within 1-2 weeks, if not sooner. If I haven't finished your commission within a month or two, you may request a refund.

11. To use my commission works/sell them, you have to pay for the commercial rights fee, which is 50% the price of the commission you've paid for.

12. You may not resell any type of artwork commissions that you've requested from me, unless it's a custom/design.
1. DO NOT steal my art (this should be obvious).

2. No tracing/recoloring/heavily referencing my artwork/artstyle. Find your own artstyle!

3. You may NOT use my art as your pfp unless the artwork has been specifically made for you (eg. as an art payment, art trade, comp entry, etc)
Characters/OCs:
1. DO NOT steal my characters / their designs, or be heavily inspired by them

2. NO NOT make NSFW or suggestive art about / with any of my OCs

3. Fanart is heavily appreciated!

4. Drawing my characters interacting with yours is completely fine, so as long as you don't draw anything romantic between them

5. When drawing my characters, please don't draw them as anthros when the original design is feral, vize versa!

6. DO NOT genderbend my characters when drawing them!!

7. Do not use my characters in roleplays

8. Do not create ship-children for my characters
Designs:
1. DO NOT steal/trace/heavily reference my designs.

2. You may freely gift/give away any design you've bought from me.

3. If you did a design trade with me or bought a design from me with art/designs as the form of payment, then you can resell it for however much you value it.

4. You may not resell a design you've bought from me for a higher price, unless you include additional art.

5. Refunds for adopts are not allowed.

6. I have the right to revoke any/all designs you got from me if I find that you are breaking certain rules in this T.O.S.
Rules in this TOS are subject to change, and I may change them anytime if I feel like I want to add/remove certain rules
